Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refund requests work for BizzPrompt Premium subscriptions.

1. Subscription billing

BizzPrompt Premium is sold as a recurring digital subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions renew each year until cancelled.

Payments, billing, tax handling, invoices, and subscription management are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our payment provider and Merchant of Record.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us at support@bizzprompt.com.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will generally keep access to BizzPrompt Premium until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Refunds

Because BizzPrompt provides instant access to digital content, prompts, templates, and workflow packs, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially in cases of accidental duplicate payment, technical access issues, billing error, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.

5. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will generally remain active until the end of the paid annual period. Partial refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved after review.

6. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. If you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed, your access will generally remain active until the end of that paid monthly period. Partial monthly refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved after review.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy may retry the payment or notify you to update your payment method. Access may be paused, cancelled, or removed if payment cannot be completed.

For cancellation, billing, refund, or access questions, contact us at support@bizzprompt.com. Please include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your subscription.

9. Lemon Squeezy policies

Lemon Squeezy may process refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or payment-related actions according to its own rules, legal obligations, and payment processor requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
