These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BizzPrompt, available at bizzprompt.com. By accessing BizzPrompt, creating an account, or purchasing Lifetime Access, you agree to these Terms.
1. What BizzPrompt provides
BizzPrompt provides a digital business prompt library, Smart Customisations, templates, and related productivity content intended to help users write, plan, decide, and complete business tasks faster.
2. Accounts and access
Premium access is linked to the email address used during checkout or login. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity that occurs through your access credentials. Access is intended for the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
3. Lifetime Access and payment
BizzPrompt Lifetime Access is sold for a single payment displayed at checkout. It is not a subscription and has no automatic renewal or recurring charges. Payment processing, invoices, applicable taxes, and payment security are managed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
“Lifetime Access” means access for the commercial lifetime of the BizzPrompt product. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and is not a promise that BizzPrompt will operate indefinitely. We may eventually discontinue the product, but we will not convert your Lifetime Access purchase into a recurring charge.
The purchase covers the BizzPrompt features and content included in the Lifetime Access offer at the time of purchase, together with updates we choose to include. It does not automatically include separate future products, services, add-ons, or materially different offerings.
4. No recurring charges
Lifetime Access does not renew and there is no subscription to cancel. Ending your use of BizzPrompt does not create a right to a refund.
5. Refunds
Your purchase provides immediate access to digital content. Refunds and any applicable statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy, the checkout terms presented by Lemon Squeezy, and applicable law. BizzPrompt does not offer an unlimited or lifetime refund right. If a full refund, reversal, or chargeback is issued, the associated Lifetime Access may be revoked.
6. Acceptable use
You may use BizzPrompt prompts and the results you create with them for your own personal, professional, or internal business purposes. You may not copy or compile the library for redistribution; resell, sublicense, share, or publicly publish premium content; scrape or systematically extract the service; circumvent access controls; interfere with the service; or use BizzPrompt unlawfully.
7. No professional advice
BizzPrompt content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making your own decisions.
8. AI output responsibility
BizzPrompt may help you create and customise prompts for use with AI tools. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all outputs before use.
9. Intellectual property
BizzPrompt, including its structure, design, written content, prompt library, Smart Customisations, branding, and related materials, is owned by BizzPrompt or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use BizzPrompt in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the service or its content.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, reorganise, replace, or remove content and features over time. Pricing changes apply only to future purchases unless expressly stated otherwise. We aim to keep BizzPrompt useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to fraud or payment reversal, or address a material violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Termination for misuse or breach does not create a right to a refund.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BizzPrompt is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Third-party services
BizzPrompt may link to or be used with third-party services, including AI platforms and Lemon Squeezy. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their availability, outputs, or conduct.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our operating practices change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will not create recurring charges for an existing Lifetime Access purchase.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer laws applicable to you.
