These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BizzPrompt, available at bizzprompt.com. By using BizzPrompt or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. What BizzPrompt provides
BizzPrompt provides digital business prompt libraries, AI workflow packs, templates, and related educational content intended to help users write, plan, decide, and execute business tasks faster.
2. Accounts and access
Premium access is linked to the email address used during checkout or login. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for any activity that occurs through your access credentials.
3. Subscriptions and billing
BizzPrompt Premium is sold as a recurring subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Annual subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. Subscription billing, payment processing, invoices, tax handling, and payment security are managed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated by Lemon Squeezy or required by law, access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds or chargeback-related actions according to its own policies and legal obligations.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, publicly publish, scrape, or misuse BizzPrompt content. You may use the prompts and workflows internally for your own business, professional, or personal work.
7. No professional advice
BizzPrompt content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making your own decisions.
8. AI output responsibility
BizzPrompt may help you create prompts or workflows for use with AI tools. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all outputs before use.
9. Intellectual property
BizzPrompt, including its structure, design, written content, prompt libraries, workflow packs, branding, and related materials, is owned by BizzPrompt or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your access is active.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, replace, or remove content, features, pricing, or access rules over time. We aim to keep BizzPrompt useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzPrompt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service.
